This October, the spotlight shines on London as Whisky Show 2025 takes over Old Billingsgate – and Teerenpeli Distillery is proud to be part of the excitement. We’re thrilled to introduce Soidin, our brand-new Finnish single malt whisky, making its global debut at the show.
Crafted in Lahti, Finland, Soidin is a celebration of Nordic purity and craftsmanship. Made with crystal-clear groundwater from the ancient Salpausselkä ridges and premium malt from trusted Nordic partners, Soidin reflects our commitment to quality and authenticity – a legacy that earned us the IWSC Worldwide Whiskey Producer of the Year title in both 2020 and 2024.
The name Soidin draws inspiration from the dramatic mating rituals of Nordic nature, echoing the playful spirit behind Teerenpeli – an old Finnish word for courtship. Together, they capture the essence of curiosity, tradition, and discovery that defines our distillery.
Visitors to Whisky Show can find us in the Nordic Whisky Zone, where Soidin will be poured for the very first time. It’s a unique opportunity to taste a whisky that’s smooth, light, and versatile – perfect neat or in cocktails like the Soidin Sour or Soidin Spritz.
